We the People of Minnesota are asking for your help to restore our State Sovereignty as provided under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution by co-authoring and supporting Minnesota House Files 997 & 1437, get them to a hearing and then on to the Minnesota House floor for a vote and passed. This non-partisan legislation would be a great step forward to recognize that We the People of Minnesota HAVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL OPTION to say NO to unauthorized, unfunded federal mandates, and NO to unauthorized, unconstitutional federal legislations and regulations. If you oppose Republican unfunded mandates like No Child Left Behind and undeclared foreign wars you should support this sovereignty resolution. If you oppose Democrat unfunded mandates contained in the Health Care bill and Supreme Court decisions that erode individual and state sovereignty, you should support this resolution. 38 States are now processing Sovereignty Resolutions!
