NOTE: This hearing will be televised on your local Minnesota legislature (TPT) channel. As president of CCHC, I have already asked to testify. You could join me! Your testimony or written statement should focus on the issue of privacy and patient consent - the purview of this committee. It is likely scheduled at this late hour...and last on the list...to discourage public attendance at the hearing. The last 6:00 p.m. hearing on 4 bills went quick (45 min), so come if you can.
