Dear Sheriff Arpaio, Champion of Justice and defender of our American Constitution!

I am about to announce my candidacy for Governor of Minnesota. I have developed a way for Sheriffs and other elected officials to raise funds without asking anyone for money. A Sheriff can mail 400 pieces of mail at a cost of $160 and get $1,000 to $3,000 in return. This has been used in Illionois for three years with great success. It helps businesses generate more sales and rewards customers for doing business with small local businesses. I am in the testing phase. I will have results sometime in the next 3 to 4 weeks. As soon as I have conclusive results, I will make a mailing for Sheriff Arpaio at my expense. He or his designee will receive the funds directly from the company in Illinois. We will profit in no way other than to support Sheriff Arpaio and his campaign to enforce the law.

A few weeks ago, we had a very successful meeting with former Sheriff Mack from Arizona. We are impementing his campaign here in Minnesota. As a candidate for Governor, I am going to ask all our current sheriffs to send me a signed, notarized, dated, sworn affidavit that they will contact the various agencies of the Federal Government and tell them that they have to have his written permission to enter his county and conduct their business. If they don't comply, I will find a qualified candidate who will give me such a sworn affidavit and show them how to conduct a successful campaign for Sheriff.

Friends in Arizona and countrywide, please read this important message! The CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN ANY COUNTY IS THE ELECTED

COUNTY SHERIFF. HE HOLDS THE MOST LEGAL POWER. The Arizona Legislature passed a law prohibiting ILLEGAL ALIENS from breaking the law by

coming into our County. The County Sheriff is sworn to uphold that law. Sadly, other County Sheriffs just look the other way and fail to enforce the law for fear

they will be criticized and made a target by Hispanic organizations devoted to breaking the laws of the state. Weekly SHERIFF ARPAIO's Deputies find entire

houses filled with illegal aliens, including women and children, who are often beaten and raped by the Smugglers (cayotes) and held for ransome from their families

back in Mexico...they are held for days with almost no food or water, locked into houses 20 and 30 at a time. Trucks carrying Illegals weekly turn over on the

highways, spilling the people out on the road, some escaping into the desert and the injured taken to American hospitals. Weekly we read of home invasions

where they break into homes of the elderly and beat, rape and rob...sometimes kill our citizens. Last Sunday, two ILLEGALS came over the Arizona border,

killed a 3rd-generation on that land Rancher and his dog, while he was on his own property. The Drug Cartel War is spilling over the Mexican border into the

United States....it is worse than it has ever been. And still, the U. S. Government refuses to enforce the immigration laws....Janet NAPOLITANO brags about

how successful she has been in securing the border. She was a very bad Arizona Governor, and she is a total failure heading up Homeland Security.

You may not live in a border state, or suffer the Illegal crime wave we have here,.... yet......but it will not be long before the entire 49 North American states will

find themselves embroiled in this battle. Better to stop it at the border than to fight it in your own back yard! And, the government-owned and controlled "MEDIA"

will NEVER REPORT this news to you, so no wonder you have not heard it. (Oh, excuse me...OBAMA keeps telling us we have 57 states, just like the 57

The stakes are high. Just this past week, an American and his dog were shot and killed near the border in southeastern Arizona. This is a horrible tragedy.

But the tragic death of Robert Krentz is just one story out of thousands. The city of Phoenix is now number one for home invasions and kidnappings because of the Mexican drug cartel activity spilling over the border and into our country.

And how does our federal government respond? Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, sent out an email just two days later bragging about her "success" at securing the border.

Here's an excerpt from her email dated March 29, 2010: "This effort to crack down on Mexican drug cartels with decisive action to combat transnational crime and drug-related violence helps ensure the security of both the United States and Mexico."

Tell that to the family of Robert Krentz, the rancher who was killed on his own property. The Border Patrol tracked two suspects who fled the scene back across the border into Mexico. Contrary to what some open-borders apologists will tell you, the dangers of illegal immigration is all too real.

Yet the leftist, open borders crowd continues to attack me for enforcing immigration laws and putting criminals behind bars.

Earlier this year, more than 10,000 protesters marched on my jails to oppose my enforcement of state and federal immigration laws.

Protesters brawled with and assaulted police. Demonstrators dressed in all black and wearing hoods to conceal their identity, threw bottles filled with rocks and attacked officers including a mounted officer and her horse. The mob then surrounded her and hit the horse with sticks.

The masked protesters screamed profanities and called for my assassination carrying signs that read "Assassinate Arpaio" and other violent messages — some so profane, I won't bother repeating them here.

That's right. A group of so-called "human rights activists" predictably turned violent during their march on my jails to oppose my enforcing the laws of this state and our country's laws to combat illegal immigration and human smugglers.

Just what kind of "human rights activists" publicly call for the assassination of an elected official — or the assassination of anyone for that matter? Who are these people? Their anger and vitriol is clearly misdirected at me. If they don't like the laws of this state or they support Obama's water-downed approach on illegal immigration, then they need to work with their legislators to change the law. The biggest problem they have in taking that approach is that the vast majority of citizens of the United States don't want the laws changed and they certainly don't support amnesty for those who break the law.

What they really want is a Sheriff who will look the other way, be silent and allow the charade to continue, while ignoring the laws of our land. That, I promise, will never happen.

Maybe they're painting the bulls-eye on my back because I am the only law enforcement official in this state enforcing all the laws that our federal and state legislatures put in place to combat illegal immigration and human smuggling.

But I desperately need your help. It's going to take a lot of resources to combat these false allegations — as well as the latest talk about a recall campaign against me. We anticipate the hardest campaign in Maricopa county history to remove me due to my unyielding stance on illegal immigration enforcement.
